Increasingly, the NHS, government, and businesses are adopting a ‘digital only’ or ‘digital first’ policy. However, the success of these innovations and commitment to true inclusion, depends on public digital literacy and fair access to skills, data and devices.

With investment in digital set to continue to expand in the NHS and with large scale digital transformation projects regularly underway.
