Empowered Adoption: A Copilot Implementation Journey

Description

Programme outline

This session offers a people-first perspective on the rollout of Copilot and the strategic use of a Centre for Enablement model at a Health Innovation organisation. Rather than focusing on technical implementation, we will explore how organisational development principles, such as people, culture, ethics, and capability-building, are shaping our approach to AI adoption. We’ll discuss how the chosen model fosters collaboration and enables staff to experiment, learn, and contribute to AI integration regardless of their technical background.

The session will also highlight the development of our governance approach and AI Acceptable Use Policy, emphasising ethical considerations, transparency, and inclusion, laying solid foundations for future exploration and expansion in AI adoption.
